amejisuto for my Buffy books, the second of which arrived a couple of days ago. They're so helpful and very interesting, plus I didn't actually have any guides for the latter seasons. Already the second book has helped and I shall be including a particular scene in the next chapter of Teenage Dirtbage which was originally intended to be included in the episode Prophecy Girl. Watch out for it and points to those that spot it!
Secondly, thank you, thank you, thank you totrekgirl55 for the tea and the Fortune Snookies. I haven't tried the tea yet (saving it for Saturday), but Indy has already gone flip-me-upside-down-crazy for the Snookies. I came home from my late shift this evening to find him sitting in front of a large brown box; apparantly Grandad had read the custom label and announced to him that there were, indeed, Fortune Snookies "all the way from America!" inside. I do believe Indy spent approx seven hours staring at the box before I came home. LOL!
Both of you, thank you so much. I'm all sniffly that you guys care enough to think of me and supply me with presents. Hee!

I definitely need funny and cute at the moment. As you may know, I've started taking happy pills to help out with a nasty case of depression. All was well until I began to scratch. Now I have hives. ~sigh~ It's hot and excrutiatingly itchy from my jaw down to my thighs. Bugger. I know it's the pills because the same ones did the same thing to me a few years ago, and the hives got so bad they covered my enitre body. Double Bugger. I'll look forward to that.
Anyway, so as not to end this post on a negative point, here is a fic pimp. Most of you have probably seen this but maybe I'll catch a couple of you that haven't. 844,739 Ways to Eat a Hamburger byminervacat. It's an SGA team fic which is marked as gen, which it is, but it is also McShep - meaning John and Rodney are together but it's not the point of the fic. READ IT! It's the funniest fucking fic and so well written.

For anyone that might be worried. I got back from holiday last night and got home this morning. I came from Gatwick so I wasn't near to London when the blasts went off. So nobody panic.

Hello all my little lovelys. I'm emailing all the way from Rhodes, Greece!!!
Just wanted to drop you all a line and let you all know that I'm alive and well and am having a great time. I also couldn't go an enitire week without my beloved internet. ;o)
So, I'm in an internet cafe in the centre of Rhodes Old Town. It's absolutely beautiful!!!! Old cobbled streets, a medevil (Fuck, can't spell that!) castle and a wall that stretches all the way around. I'm also right by the sea.
Have spent too much money and I'm completely exhausted. I've been to the beech (Got Sunburned), went to Lyndos and went on the donkeys 3 times, went on a boat trip and tomorrow we will be going to the museums. Lots of history here and so much to do.
I am looking forward to coming back, though. Miss you all. Miss my Spander. Really miss my writing. And fuck, it's so weird not being online!!!
It's VERY hot here, too. In Lyndos it was 43 degrees!!!! For an English gal, that's bloody hot!!!
Anyway, i'd better shoot off. Love you all and I should be back online on Thursday or at the latest, Friday. And I'll post some piccies then, too.
