Yes, folks, it's picspam time again. Today we have the lovely Spencer Reid from Criminal Minds and the purpose of this picspam is to enlighten my flist to the woobie delights of this show and its star (IMO). Those of you who already watch the show ... shame on you for not emailing me to ask WHY AREN'T YOU WATCHING THIS?!

Yes, I am a new viewer. I began watching season 1 two weeks ago when I decided I needed to see this show before I meet Nicholas Brendon in October. Oh noes, I thought, I'll have to sit through three seasons of drivel before I get to the good stuff. As you will see from the pictures under the cut, I could not have been more wrong ...

Layout changed, Christmas banner made and put up, new filter set, John Barrowman communities added to already heaving flist -- I am ready to leap back into LJ life.

In other news, it has been confirmed that Uther plays on a pink Nintendo DS rather than watching boring old tournaments.

The extras on the Merlin DVD are rather good, although I would have liked to see more. We must keep in mind, though, that it's a new series and so extra bits are likely to be thin on the ground at this stage. Hopefully the second DVD will have the deleted scenes and outtakes and the Children in Need clip. Saying that, the documentary Behind the Magic was interesting and funny, and the cast video diaries were hilarious. I loved that Bradley had to go get Colin when there was a big spider in his bath, and bless him for filming it (even if I did jump out of my skin in shock).
