They're self-sufficient - they groom more than cats, I swear - so you don't really need to give them baths. BUT you do need to clean them if they get something nasty on them. My bunny once got paint spilled on her (it was her own fault... and my mother's). Obviously, I couldn't let her groom green paint off. Ewww and baaad.
Basically - don't do it unless it's absolutely necessary. After you do, you should dry them gently with a towel until you get most of the water off, and then wrap them in a fresh towel and cuddle. (Okay, I admit I don't know if that last step is necessary, but I felt it was.)
See, bunnies snuggle and give you nose kisses, while dogs have this "ZOMG PET ME PLAY WITH ME NOW WHY AREN'T YOU PETTING ME YET" attitude that overrides the snuggling.
I love them anyway. Bunnies are snuggly, while puppies are me trapped in a four legged creature.
(And I have three cats instead of dogs OR bunnies. Go figure.)
