Merlin Newsflash -- Uther Loves Pink
Nov. 26th, 2008 02:00 pmLayout changed, Christmas banner made and put up, new filter set, John Barrowman communities added to already heaving flist -- I am ready to leap back into LJ life.
In other news, it has been confirmed that Uther plays on a pink Nintendo DS rather than watching boring old tournaments.
The extras on the Merlin DVD are rather good, although I would have liked to see more. We must keep in mind, though, that it's a new series and so extra bits are likely to be thin on the ground at this stage. Hopefully the second DVD will have the deleted scenes and outtakes and the Children in Need clip. Saying that, the documentary Behind the Magic was interesting and funny, and the cast video diaries were hilarious. I loved that Bradley had to go get Colin when there was a big spider in his bath, and bless him for filming it (even if I did jump out of my skin in shock).
