Just watched the last ep of Heroes. Wow.

It was some ride, huh? I have to say, it's been years since I've truly been amazed by a show, but Heroes really did it for me.



I have a headache because I've just sobbed myself into oblivion. Oh my god. PETER!!! NATHAN!!

You know, for the last 5 or so eps I've been chanting 'Do the right thing, Nathan', and omg he did. He loved his brother and he told him so. That turned the tears into great waves of emotional wailing. God, I need chocolate and Peter right now.

See, that's what a good TV series should be like. Ups, downs, emotion, love, hate, mystery, suspense, action, hot guys, hot girls, fantasy - in the true meaning of the word, and a true connection to the characters. Come on, who didn't feel for Peter and his insecurities? Who wouldn't have willingly cut off their left arm for Hiro to become a real Hero?

Also, who else loved the sound score? That alone was enough to make my knees wobble.

One tiny thing, though: Why couldn't Peter fly on his own? Maybe because he couldn't control it to fly far enough away in time?

Well, the way I've been thinking (and hoping in my little fangirl heart of hearts) is that Nathan took him up, but not all the way up. That little speech that Charles (Simone's dad) gave him, about love being all he needed? What if he managed to fly on his own and pushed Nathan away and continued up on his own to explode with Nathan nowhere near him?

*crosses fingers*

It's actually not too out there, the more I think about it. It could actually have happened. And if they killed Nathan, then so help me...

Seriously though, yes, I'm definitely going to hope that's the case ~clings~ Do we have a date for the new series yet?

No, unfortunately; no date set. Season 1 should be out on DVD on August 27th, or so I've heard, so it can't be that far off from that. *clings back* We'll just hope and pray and I have serious fanfiction to write to ease everyone's aching hearts. *hugs*

see, I started watching the show, but for whatever reason, it started to piss me off. I just ran out of patience for it.
"Yes, we get it, save the cheerleader, save the world! I get it."
I still go online to read what happened, but I just snapped. My braid deded itself.

I think nathan made it. Peter and his brother seem to be way codependant and need each other too much. Plus just like killing all of New York killing Nathan would do some serious damage to Peter. Now having Nathan come back in a coma for part of season two, I can see that.

Oh and you never know Hiro could change everything with all his time shifting.

I was actually surprised Nathan came through. I didn't think he had it in him to go again his mother. I think Claire was his turning point.

And now I'm going to have to rewatch it somewhere. I was focused on the characters I completely ignored the sound score. I get like that sometimes. Especially if the actions and emotions are too intense.

I'm not sure why Peter couldn't fly. I did wonder that myself. I can only assume he was too overwhelmed.

It was definitely quite a cliffhanger for the Petrelli boys. This summer is going to seem loooong. *g*

I was so pleased Nathan came through. I really didn't expect it, but I was so moved that he did. ~sniffles~

Yeah, maybe the glowy thing he had going on interfered with his other powers. I bet we find out in the next volume.

Eeeeeeeeek, I can't wait! To many things to wait for at the moment. I feel like I'm goign to explode from all the excitement!!
