Wow, windy. And I'm not talking about my arse. I swear, Indy nearly took off on his walk; it certainly made his ears flap like little wings. Batten down the hatches, fellow brits. And could you all send me good vibes so that the trees in my back garden don't come down and flatten me or the neighbours?

I picked up my perscription for the anti-depressants today. I feel better already and I haven't even taken any. LOL!. Seriously, though, I know these are going to help me find my feet, my balance and myself again. Yay!

I might be a little quiet for the next few days, but nobody worry or anything. I've just got lots on, such as putting up the Christmas decs, defrosting the freezer, tidying out the spare room. Plus, I have an assignment due this weekend so I really need to work on that.

And just before I go: This week's SGA was not as good as last week's because that was damn near impossible to top, but I did enjoy it very much.



I'm convinced that Rodney is growing Sheppard!hair.

Oh God, that's so funny! I thought exactly the same thing! It started last week for me, I suddenly thought 'hey Rodney's hair is getting a bit windswept and rakish...' I thought it was an after-effect of standing on windswept balconies gazing into the sea with his beloved at his side...and then this week...even more rakish...! It looks good on him...oh who am I kidding...I'd think pink blancmange looked good on him!!!! Mmm...Rodney covered in dessert........

I've not seen the ep, did John ruffle Rodney's hair before on the way into the room? LOL Whatever happened Rodney is sending John mega death glares. Perhaps John put glue in Rodney's shampoo and John's doing his best to keep up the innocent look. hee

I saw David Hewlett in person at A Dog's Breakfast screening and at the Stargate con and as a friend said "he's got Rod hair" and that was in person. Perhaps David is encouraging makeup to let his hair be free. LOL

A Dog's Breakfast was amazingly good. I didn't have extremely high hopes because it's billed as a dark comedy and I usually don't like those (generally there's some fun moments but mostly they're filled with awkward OMGWHY? ones). I won't spoil you but you have to see it. As a fan of Stargate you'll love it even more than some random person off the street, but take a few of them with you as well. It's hilarious and really, really well done.

Wonderful! I had a really good feeling it would be good. I can't wait to see it. I just hope they screen it over here in the UK. Actually, I hadn't even realised it had started screening! And I've been following the trailers closely.

Okay, so my theory is rather similar to this asian story in which a man swallows a cherry put and travels up to his head and thus the man starts growing a cherry tree on the top of my head.
My theory is that Rodney is growing a John because he swallowed too much... okay, well, I think you can guess where I'm going.

Anyways, I hope my psycho babble helps give you a moment of brightness. I'm glad you got some pills. I eventually ended up on two anti depressants because I was all blech and sad. It makes me sad to realize I went from the psycho!bouncy that I was to this blech, boring, sad type. But the same thing happened to me: just seeing the doctor, hell, just telling my brother how bad it was made me feel better. The day after my depression came to a scary head, I felt elated. I knew that I was screwed up and suicidal, but i was getting help.
