I'm back from Writercon and my post Writercon trip to Las Vegas. I had a wonderful time, met many, many lovely people, have been mesmerised by the pretty lights of Vegas and am pretty much shattered. I'll do a report when I'm more lucid, but for now I'm going to sit and stare at nothing in particular.

And there was a wasp in my bedroom. I think it went out the window when I mad a mad dash for my life but I'm not sure. Eeep.

I sure did! And I've brought a whole load back. Plus, we went to M&M's World on the Strip and I spent an absolute fortune on gifts and a stuff for myself. I got a giant red M&M cushion and a t-shirt!! Wheeeeeeeeeeeee!!!

I've now also discovered Oreos. Oh my dear god, they are the best cookies EVA!!!!!! Oh, oh AND I had a Reeces PIE for pudding after a meatball sub at Blimpie. I LOVE AMERICA!!!!!!!

Yay!!! ~grins and drools~ I had to put all the chocolate I bought back straight int he fridge when I got home. I think most of it turned very mushy on the plane. It kinda overheated :o( I also bought some Hersheys peanut butter kisses (yum) and the cherry ones (which I haven't tried yet)

Omigod, it's an omen. There was an angry red wasp in my car when I left the office the night before W_C. And I have to say, trying to get out of the car while (a) it's moving and (b) you're strapped in is interesting.

Eeek! How did you not crash!!! It really must be an Omen because, weirdly, my best friend just got stung by a wasp on her leg and it swelled up to twice its normal size! Uh, the leg, not the wasp. 'cause that would have been waaaaaaaay scary. ;o)

Thanks, luv. I didn't manage to find any peanut butter cup ice-cream. Gutted. I did see ordinary peanut butter chocolate ice cream, but it was all or nothing. LOL! I did find a Reeces peanut butter pie, though. it was lovely!! Yum!!
