Layout and stuff

Staring today, I have the rest of the week off work. I'm determined to enjoy myself and get loads done. You know how chores and jobs just build up?

I started my day by taking Indy for a mega walk and a spot of ball throwing. That dog, after nearly five years of life, still has no clue about actually bringing the ball back. I think I walked further than he did.

Then I decided to tidy up my study. Wow, it really needed it. I threw out two whole bin bags of rubbish! But the room looks much better now. Spacious and all my Btvs toys are displayed in a much less cramped way.

Then I worked on my layout. Thanks so much to authoressnebula for providing the link to s2howto. It really did the job and I got my banner up really quickly. I also tweaked my userinfo and put up my latest awards and changed the bio a smidge.

Now i gotta go update my website, cos boy, it really does need it. ~takes deep breath~ Here I go...

If you could bring Indy to my house, Gracie could teach Indy the proper way to play fetch. She actually taught my godmother's Rottweiler!

I haven't stopped all day! It feels good, though. I've actually got something to show for it. A shiny LJ, a nice room, a content dog and, soon to be, a shiny website.

It's so easy to leave the website and think oh, that's fine I can do it anytime. But then it gets out of control!! Ahhh!

Removing sleep would be great!!!

OMG!! I had a cat that did that too! I used to throw those card tubes from the center of toilet rolls into another room and he'd trundle in and bring them back.

I've never had a normal animal. We had one cat that was so beautiful she looked like a Tonka toy but she didn't have two brain cells to rub together and she was toothless by the time she was a year old.

I'm already thinking about autumn colours for when the summer is over for mine. *g* Now you've set it all up, I figure even I can do that. Probably. LOL!!

Your doggie sounds 'tarded, although not as bad as mine (he runs into parked cars and still tries to eat branches, even though he's 10 y/o). Are your Spike and Xander figures in a compromising position? If not, they should be!

He is quite 'tarded. All my pets always are. Completely dim. I had a cat that fetched, one that can't see in the dark, one that used to team up with the dog to catch spiders and a snake that watched the TV.

No compromising positions as yet, but 12" Spike and Xander always hold hands. I actually get upset if my grandad has moved something and they're not holding on to each other.
