I wouldn't know where to begin!crafty_tardis - the mod did a fabulous Weeping Angel for DragonCon last year and I'm adapting her instructions.
Helps that I've got a scary Angel mask already from the DW mag that I've been collecting (purely because of the brilliant free gifts each week - prizes for the Brownies all sorted).
I'm musing whether to do something radically different with the costume - fairy wings or graffiti, perhaps?
