Just watched the last episode of Desperate Housewives. ~sniff~ I need a hug. And Argh! They can't leave it like that!!!

Well, now that I've downloaded the the entire series it's time to start downloading somehthing else.

Erm, how about the American version of Queer As Folk? You guys seen it? Is it worth my time?

US QAF? Sweetie, I got the first four seasons on DVD. It's funny, it's sad, it's got the corniest dialogue and storylines going.

Oh. And it's hot.

I looooove QAF ala Showtime.
But what do I know.

IMO, The first 2-3 seasons are superb.

There really are some terrific characters in this gaytastic soap opera.

I start getting a little frustrated over some S4 and s5 issues - S5, the final season, is running now - and it's getting me a very flustered at present. We'll see how that turns out. =O.o=

Give season 1 a go, I'm thinking it will be hard to put down after that!

Thanks for the advice. I think I'll go for it. I adored the English version, so that's a good start. I'm very curious about this one.

How many seasons did the British original run for?
I'd like to see those, never did...

After the season/series ends (3 more eps to go i think!) I'm going to have to find out where to rent or borrow those.

You could just download them. Do you have broadband?

The British QAF was only two season...sort of. really it was one whole season and then a sort of mini-season after.

You'd love it. It does have the hotness element, but it also has great drama, emotions and the most wonderful characters ever. They so fitted together even though they were opposites. I laughed and I cried. It was wonderful. I recommend it.
